Bring on the weekend!

Y’all, we are so close to the weekend! Two whole days before we start a fresh new work week. Two whole days to relax, have a little fun, and decompress from the week behind us!

What type of weekender are you?

Are you a relaxer? Would you prefer to just hang around at home, enjoy leisurely cups of coffee, maybe binge a little Netflix? Or, are you more of an adventurer? Always on the go, checking out new restaurants, participating in outdoor activities, and staying on your toes? I consider myself a hybrid of both personally! Whatever your weekender style is, weekends often present the perfect opportunity to derail your healthy habits.

Enjoy those weekend meals, treats and beverages - but don’t go hog wild! Keep your long-term goals in mind and maintain a healthy balance just like you do during the work week.
